BooMark visits Kansas City and our visit to Tulsa

Early last month, BooMark (my dad) came up to Kansas City to celebrate Laura's birthday. We all got babysitters for the kids and took Laura to Avenues Bistro for an amazing dinner. (If you live here and haven't tried it, you need to go; and if you don't live in Kansas City, you need to come up here and try it - so good.)

Laura's fun news is that she is expecting another baby boy in January! I'm very excited to have another nephew!

Right before we went down to Tulsa, Grace got an ear infection (her first one in 9 1/2 months!). She was a trooper even though she didn't feel so great. We didn't do a whole lot except play inside since it was also really hot out in Tulsa. We did manage to check out the Aquarium and Grace loved seeing all of the fish.

Grace also loves playing with jewelry, and loved these bracelets of Virginia's.
